The Property Finder process starts after booking our dedicated service with the “Service Agreement” and the symbolic upfront payment that will be deducted from the final fee payable at the completion of the buying process.
There is no commitment to buy for the client.

- 4) Start the search and permanent updates to clients
- 5) Viewings & Due Diligences
- 6) Buying process completion
- 7) Further required services: resale, letting, renovation…
The Spanish Brick liability includes the reasonable due diligence of the chosen property when your offer is accepted and the reasonable care to guarantee a 100% secure deal as expected by the buyer-client. The Spanish Brick commitment goes beyond the Service Agreement… you will never be alone.
